Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Rudra Steel Finishing, we deliver highly specialized, customized technical consulting and advisory services tailored to individual industrial plant requirements.
1. Consultancy & Booking Cancellations

Online / On-Site Consultations: Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time by emailing rudrasteelfinishing@gmail.com.

Commenced Projects / On-Site Visits: Once an on-site audit, plant setup monitoring, or training project has commenced, or after key consulting deliverables/SOPs have been dispatched, the associated service fee becomes non-cancellable.
2. Refund Policy

Service Fees: Payments made for completed online consultations, process audits, on-site audits, SOP developments, or ongoing AMC services are non-refundable due to the specialized expertise and custom technical labor involved.

Advance Payments: If a consultation or visit is cancelled by the client 48 hours before the scheduled start time, any advance payment made will be eligible for a refund after deducting nominal administrative or transaction charges (if applicable).

Company Cancellations: In the rare event that Rudra Steel Finishing cancels a scheduled consultation or visit due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the fee paid for that specific session will be processed, or the session will be rescheduled at mutual convenience.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or the original payment channel within 5 to 7 business days of confirmation.
